By downloading, installing, or using the Alaa Hamed Islamic Learning Platform ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

بتنزيل أو تثبيت أو استخدام منصة علاء حامد للتعلم الإسلامي ("التطبيق")، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط والأحكام. إذا كنت لا توافق على هذه الشروط، يرجى عدم استخدام التطبيق.

The App provides Islamic educational content including:

User Accounts

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

• Not share your account with others

• Record, screen-capture, or copy video or audio content
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App systems
• Disrupt or interfere with the App's operation
• إعادة توزيع أو تنزيل أو إعادة رفع أي محتوى من التطبيق
• تسجيل أو التقاط شاشة أو نسخ محتوى الفيديو أو الصوت
• الهندسة العكسية أو فك تجميع التطبيق
• استخدام التطبيق لأي غرض غير قانوني
• محاولة الوصول غير المصرح به إلى أنظمة التطبيق
• تعطيل أو التدخل في عمل التطبيق

Intellectual Property

الملكية الفكرية

All content available through the App — including videos, audio recordings, text, graphics, logos, and course materials — is the property of Alaa Hamed, Yousef Elwageeh, or their respective content creators and is protected by copyright laws.

No license is granted to reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content in the App without prior written permission.

جميع المحتوى المتاح من خلال التطبيق — بما في ذلك مقاطع الفيديو والتسجيلات الصوتية والنصوص والرسومات والشعارات ومواد الدورات — هو ملك لعلاء حامد أو يوسف الوجيه أو منشئي المحتوى المعنيين ومحمي بموجب قوانين حقوق النشر.

Availability & Modifications

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the App.

Limitation of Liability

The App is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms and Conditions. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease. We may also delete your account data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be reflected by updating the effective date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
